Saltwater Fishing Association is creatind a professional Speckled Trout tournament series along the Gulf Coast. The "SFA Pro Speck Series" launches in April 2010 with 4 stops currently planned across Louisiana. Our future plans are to add tournaments in Mississippi, Texas, Alabama and Florida. SFA Pro Speck Series is a two-day two angler team event. All anlgers must be members of Saltwater Fishing Association, which is $25 per year. Entry fee is $300 per team and is limited to 150 teams, with a $24,000 total payout for a full field. Registration for each stop is a "first come-first serve" basis. The full field fishes both days, no cuts for day two. Teams placing in the top 50 positions will be awarded points, that will follow them throughout the series. The points champion at the end of the tournament series will win FREE entry into the following year's tournament series.

Stop #1 - April 17 & 18 @ Coco Marina in Cocodrie, LA

Stop #2 - May 1 & 2 @ Calcasieu Point Landing in Lake Charles, LA
Registration deadline: April 1, 2010

Stop #3 - May 22 & 23 @ The Delta Marina in Empire, LA
Registration deadline: April 22, 2010

Stop #4 - June 5 & 6 @ The Dock of Slidell in Slidell, LA
Registration deadline: May 5, 2010

Teams can register on our website with a credit card or by printing and filling out a registration form from our website at www.sfafishing.com.
